UCFCF206 Cast iron pillow block bearing description,

1. The outer spherical bearing with a seat is composed of a sealed outer spherical bearing on both sides and a cast (or stamped steel plate) bearing seat.

2. The inner structure of a seated outer spherical bearing is the same as a deep groove ball, but the inner ring of this bearing is wider than the outer ring. The outer ring has a spherical outer surface with a cross-section, which can be automatically adjusted to match the concave spherical surface of the bearing. Generally, there is a gap between the inner hole of this type of bearing and the shaft, and it is fixed on the shaft with a top wire, an eccentric sleeve or an adapter sleeve, and rotates with the shaft.

3. Bearings with compact structure, convenient loading and unloading, perfect sealing, suitable for simple support, often used in mining, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, conveying machinery, etc.

UCFCF206 pillow block bearing/ pillow housing: supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in the housing and includes a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft once fitted. The inserts( available separately) can be removed from the housing for future replacement as required.
